INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE-2022

orests are significant sources of energy and materials and play a key role in transitioning to a low-carbon economy. The challenge is achieving multifunctionality where economic profit is maintained without penalty in climate mitigation, water regulation, biodiversity preservation and the other goods and services provided by forests.

The Decade of Action to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 began in the year 2020. It is a key time to advance a shared vision and speed answers to the world’s most pressing concerns, from poverty and hunger alleviation to climate change mitigation. The rapid spread of the new coronavirus, however, transformed a public health catastrophe into one of the biggest worldwide disasters of our lives, forever altering the world as we know it.

From the first Greenpeace demonstration in 1971 involving six people and a boat to today’s environmental conferences including world leaders and demanding worldwide attention, the environmental movement has come a long way. In many aspects, environmental megaconferences differ from smaller environmental and sustainability conferences. Rather than focusing on specific geographical issues like acid rain or sectoral issues like human health or food, they strive to provide a broad picture of human society’s interaction with the natural environment. “First, address the general trajectory of human growth and its interaction with the environment as a whole,” they say, “and second, take a larger picture of the complex environment and development challenges across a longer time frame, since each summit is preceded by a number of pre-conferences.”

It is a pleasure to announce the International Conference on Environment, and Sustainability 2022 by We Grow Forest Foundation under Environmental NGOs of India. This conference will provide leading scientists working in the field to discuss these issues and share their latest research.

We Grow Forest Foundation presents its first-ever International Conference on Environment and Sustainability as a step towards motivating and empowering policymakers and stakeholders of the environment to join and actively take part in the revolution for a better environment and a sustainable future. We are assembling researchers and individuals who proactively address the challenges of climate change and environmental sustainability to share their ideas, studies and successful sustainability models on the platform. We amplify our voice and actions for a more resilient and worthy future and find ways to balance urban development and environmental restoration initiatives worldwide. The symposium plays an essential role by providing critical insight and support to drive our kind acts of ecosystem restoration and protection activities forward and set an even more ambitious plan of action for future projects.

We Grow Forest International Conference on Environment and Sustainability will provide valuable means and ways in which decision-makers and policymakers can gather comprehensive knowledge regarding environmental sustainability and how to tackle the menace of climate change. Challenges relating to sustainability are Carbon Emissions from vehicles and industries, Management of natural resources, Recycling and Waste Management, Air pollution and climate change, Industrial development and energy crisis, E-market etc.

The stimulus behind this conference is to empower national and international communities by Congregating together the scientists, researchers, conservationists, Environmental influencers etc., from different parts of the world under the same roof. This conference provides an insight into the various steps and resolutions that can be taken and practices to reduce the pace of carbon emissions.

This is done by investigating multiple techniques and mechanisms for the effective planning of environmental policies and action plans. Bringing together and involving different stakeholders worldwide for a sustainable environment and Improving adaptation strategies for climate change and disaster mitigation. This would help to formulate a strategy to combat these challenges which could be then handed over to the government for successful implementation. It also imparts behavioural changes in individuals and business enterprises.
