How to become a We Grow Forest Intern?
The first step of our internship program is to fill up the internship google form. We Grow Forest team will review the form and conduct a telephonic interview within a week of receiving the application.
If the aspirant is eligible for further verification, the We Grow Forest Team will ask him/her to send the relevant documents. After ensuring the eligibility criteria is met, the next important process is to subscribe for We Grow Forest Club Membership. The Club membership is the passport to all the We Grow Forest activities. After subscribing to the club membership, the We Grow Forest Team will contact you within 24 hours to explain in detail the working process and further procedures.
Since being an intern is an important position, we will do background verification of the aspirant through an external agency. At the next level, the intern will have an induction and training provided online through the We Grow Forest Team. The intern will work along with the chapter members and becomes a part of the We Grow Forest family for life.
What does it cost to be a Club Member and what are the benefits?
It costs INR 999/- to get a Club Membership. There are many benefits once you become a club member. We Grow Forest Foundation’s digital platform Virtual Name Connect will provide all club members with a “Digital Business Card” known as InfiCard. You can also avail of all other digital products and services offered by Virtual Name Connect at discounted rates.
The intern will get a learning experience that will allow them to explore sustainable forestry’s latest techniques. They can hone their skills in a particular area of work. The internship can be done under several projects and this will develop skills to further pursue a career in Nature Conservation projects. Interns are assured essential training modules in arboriculture. They will gain practical exposure from various like-minded organisations in India. Interns can also gain managerial skills and leadership training while working.
