There is a perception among few that women-led businesses are less likely to survive, despite evidence that their startups are often highly successful. There is no exaggeration to say that female entrepreneurs have the real power to change the world. Women represent the most significant business (market) opportunity and control $25 trillion in annual spending. Despite the inequalities, female-founded startups have primarily performed better in some areas than male-founded startups. It is true that when we invest in women enterprises, their communities, states and countries prosper, which generates a multiplier effect and sets a huge impact for the next generation of girls. It’s been revealed that when women earn an income, they invest 90% back into their local communities.

Despite the progress women folks have made in all walks of life, they face various challenges, including gender biases, inequities, and discrimination. The fact is that many women decide to pursue a career as an entrepreneur because it provides them with an opportunity for advancement, which is not likely if they work in a male-dominated industry.
